Star Wars Legends: The Old Republic Omnibus Vol. 1 (Star Wars Legends: the Old Republic Omnibus, 1) Hardcover – July 20, 2021

The Omnibus itself is quite nice. Arrived with no real damage other than the shrink wrap itself already being partially torn apart to the point that it was already almost opened for me. It's a great Omnibus and looks good on my shelf with my doctor Aphra omnibus.Now as for the content itself. In my opinion it's easily some of the best storytelling and some of the best of the original expanded universe storyline. Won't go to heavily into spoilers but it follows a young Jedi and through their exploits and throughout the comic series you find out the original origins of Darth Revan along with Darth Malak and other iconic characters from Knights of the Old Republic.This Omnibus collection consists of the original Knights of the Old Republic Omnibus collections of which there were three. They were re-released in the Marvel epic collection as volumes one through three which this Omnibus also consists of. So unless you're just a collector like I am, if you already have the 3 epic collection volumes that are out of print then you might be able to pass on this. That being said if you're a big Star Wars fan and you love Knights of the Old Republic like I do then I would highly suggest getting it especially if it's under $100.A big thing to point out is that the stories in this collection were made long before the creation of the MMA video game. So nothing in that online video game is considered Canon to these Comics. These Comics were created back when only the first two Knights of the Old Republic games existed and these comics take place prior to the events roughly of the original Kotor game itself. Overall the art style is still great and the collection is in a great chronological order.Make my review sure if you're a fan of Knights of the Old Republic whether it's the MMO or the original games, this is probably worth picking up. It's rich in Star Wars expanded universe content and it's easily superior to the new content that's come out in the last couple of years such as things like the high Republic. I would highly recommend this to my fellow Star Wars fans who love the extended universe as I do.

This is my first Star Wars Marvel Omnibus, and I heard about this book from YouTube channels. I used to read these comics and I am so excited that they are all in one place, mostly. It would be a pain to track down all the single issues again. Was packaged so nice in bubble wrap, they really care about their shipping. Loving this story, will definitely be back to purchase from them again.

I love anything Star Wars. I am HUGE COMICS NERD. I have always had a fair share if graphics novels, so when a Omnibus goes on sale for Star Wars, Marvel, DC ii jump on IT!! The artwork is top notch, and the storyline makes for great reading. You won't be disappointed for buying this book!!

If you love Star Wars adventures with a lot of action, grit and excitement, this is the good stuff. Any KOTOR fans will want this book to really expand on their beloved galaxy of the Old Republic. Does a great job of playing into the games without relying on them to make the story work. Overall, pricy purchase, but expected for a 1000+ page graphic novel, weighs a ton, but worth its weight in gold!

Great for anyone who hasn't read the kotor comics before, but would've been nice to still include unseen unheard like the epic collections did. Some of the best starwars comics, and the tale will probably be in the next omni.

Nice storyline about Jedi padawan Zayne Carrick and his adventures. A bit slow in certain parts but the plot is excellent.

One of the best Star Wars comics I've read, all 56 issues in one, giant harcover. I'd recommend this to any Star Wars fan, especially if they're a fan of the the Kotor games (as this ties into those with characters and locations).

Excellent, great characters, great story, great action. I can hear the Star Wars soundtrack in my head when reading it.

Excelente omnibus da coleção lançada nos idos de 2008 em diante do universo da Velha República.Eu tinha as revistinhas até aproximadamente o número 30 e me desfiz, bateu o arrependimento e nunca mais havia conseguido comprar (nem os omnibus lançados anteriormente). A história é envolvente e interessante, e para quem está de saco cheio dos Rebeldes vs. Império e da República vs. Separatistas é um prato cheio com novos e inéditos personagens. O único ponto negativo é que as histórias são tratadas como "Legends", não fazendo parte do cânone oficial de Star Wars, mas, para quem é fã das antigas e não suporta a nova trilogia, legends e cânone e cânone é legends... heheheheheheheNo mais o "livro" é bem pesado, possui um excelente acabamento e as páginas são feitas em papel couché de alta qualidade, chega tem aquele cheirinho de livro novo.Com o valor do dólar o preço tá bem salgado, então não sei se vale a pena, como eu gosto muito evitei pensar nisso. Vale lembrar que é recomendável fluência em inglês para sua leitura.
