Is the 16oz jojoba oil in a glass or plastic bottle?

If this is fast absorbing can you use for massage and still have glide for extended time?

Yes it is fast absorbing and it has a little glide afterwards. If you’re looking to have that baby oil glide then no. However, it does allow your finger to move smoothly on the skin. I hope this helps you.

Can I replace this as my main facial, body, hand, and beard/hair conditioner? Can this really do all of that?

I do use it with my body lotion, use it to massage my hair 2x a week & apply on my face everyday. Put it on my eyebrows, eyelashes & lips too. It’s doesn’t dry my skin. Hope this helps.

Does this come with a safety seal? A few reviews said it didn't but I'm like to think it does now or that those were rare mistakes or something.

There is a "safety" cover on the bottle opening which needs to be removed in order for the cap to dispense.
