Bad wheels
Day 2 and the ball bearings on at least one of the wheels have come out. This happened because the glue holding the wheel structure together appears to be dissolving despite being kept in an air-conditioned setting.

Poor quality wheels.
The wheel fell off within one day, trolly itself is good quality, but the wheels are terrible.
