This book was all around an amazing read. Thank you Zelna for sharing your wisdom, experience and stories from your life. It takes great courage to whisper your secrets out loud and be vulnerable in this world. You shined your light giving the permission to others to do the same through this book. You get a glimpse of how positively impactful having a good role model as a kids life coach can be for children all around the globe. Mental health is so important and it is genuinely inspiring to read about the growth and impact you have had on the lives of others. We have already cut out all added sugars from our kids snacks and my better half is already planning on reading the book next!!
