I would definitely buy from this company again and I increased the stars from 1 to 4.Original review: I've bought two. Neither lasted 3 months. I REALLY hoped they'd work. These are really pretty and have a good weight to then, HOWEVER, the black finish flakes off VERY easily. But worse than it looking bad after a couple months, the pumps won't stay primed to deliver the soap. I've followed all of the trouble shooting tips and I'm very handy but these still won't produce soap. They appears to have a faulty pump mechanism.They are installed easily, though.

I got this today & quickly installed it. I also ordered a long tube (separate seller) so I could hook it up to a large bottle of soap. For thos to work, i stuck the small tube from this product into the larger tube and pushed it together until it was snug. To prevent from pumping several time, I sucked on the end of the tubing until the soap was brought up near the top of the tube, then pumped it to make sure it worked before install. It feels like a solid product so we'll see how it holds up.
