Be careful.
I'm giving this a high rating because apparently the product works. I always like the glycinate chelater because of its high absorption and effectiveness. But in my case, I'm already copper deficient, And just two days on this product was devastating. I had bone crushing fatigue, brain fog, and extreme depression. I stopped all supplements for a day and then finally started again with magnesium and copper, and am beginning to come out of it. Know what you're doing and be careful. start low.
