Soft yet grim enough for my neck. It is a very nice product. The seam tore about 1”. No big deal.

Nice size! We're taking our motorhome on a cross-country trip this summer so I'm sure I'll make good use of this pillow for naps!

--so I turn it sideways to get the fullness of the pillow under my chin on the R. (I have scoliosis &the kyphosis of my upper back has the Reside of my chinRanting to go down to men c I just wish the ;allow was a k=little linger, so the I could just turn ui=tbto the position zI need Uhest. I'm currently getting P.T. TO GET MY BIODY & HEAD INTO PROPER ALIGNMENNT. I just wish tyevpillow wereva litte longer, so I could turn it to where I need to raise the R side of my chin w/o tying it on to keep it on.

This pillow provides EXCELLENT support. After two nights with this pillow, my neck pain started to disappear. I purchased this pillow to replace an old one (different manufacturer) that had worn out. Six nights later, my neck pain has disappeared. I am very happy with this pillow, it is very well made and is as pictured. In truth I typically will wash something like this before use, but due to the neck pain, I started using it immediately. I can't rate how well the cover will hold up in the wash. I rated 4 out of 5 stars because there was a very notable noxious odor. Six days after unboxing, the smell is finally gone. Plan on either trying to wash the cover before use, or let it sit unboxed for a few days before using. With that said, I would purchase this wonderful little pillow again.

This is a very comfortable neck pillow. I appreciate the strap on the back which allows you to put it over suitcase handles. I do wish there was a way to connect the two ends of the neck pillows to form like a circle almost. I did find that I had to wear it backwards on the airplane so my head wouldn’t slide through.

UPDATE TO REVIEW 12/24/15 - Since review the company has contacted me to issue a refund; didn't expect this but with that said buy with confidence on this product however I stand by the review of the design. The item's customer service is 5+/5 stars. I would purchase from them again if they offered another product; communication and process of refund was beyond painless.2/5 stars for the product; materials are quality its just the design of how the foam is cut shapes under pressure didn't work for me. As a result I will adjusted my rating to 3 stars to average exceptional customer service with previous review of design. I purchased this pillow for its claimed comfort and the idea of washing the cover to keep it clean. Overall the cheaper options out there will provide better support and a sleeping experience. If you wish to learn why read on but after 20 hours of flying one direction with a quick layover inbetween from US to Auckland NZ. 20 hours back the other in economy the provided airline pillow and my fiance's $14 dollar pillow were better options.1. I'm 5 foot 7 about a 150 pounds and a slender neck to give you reference2. Uncomfortable & not practical; the pillow has too much material that rests directly behind your neck and is pointy due to zipper and doesn't compress enough with natural weight of your body leaning back. I couldn't sleep with this pillow and caused discomfort down my neck because my shoulders were slightly lifted from touching the seat the pillow touching the seat and my head kept from touching the seat unless i looked up at the ceiling of the cabin. The pillow created pressure points through my back and neck because my body could not evenly rest along the surface of the seat back. The design of this pillow needs to change; I suggest not buying if my body description is similar to yours. Lastly the aircraft seats flying internationally were not different then what you experience on Domestic US flight with a weird shape or padding. Honestly this pillow is terrible for its price point and doesn't get the job done.3. Save your money buy the simpler one.4. 1 star by default it deserves 0

Was ok for my need however my dog got it 3 days later and chewed it up!!

I bought three of these pillows, one in each color. I have not traveled with them yet, but what I did not like is that the first one I ordered (navy blue) three months ago was full and firm and compared to another brand pillow I bought, my family preferred the firmer feel of the Navy Blue Comfort Master so they asked me to order more Comfort Masters. I received my second order of the light grey and lavender Comfort Masters (about 3 months after my order of the first one) and they are really soft, in comparison not nearly as firm as the Navy Blue Comfort Master. They are more like the softer competitor pillow my family rejected. To me, either there has been a change in the way they make the pillows or it is poor quality control and I am disappointed. I don't have time to exchange or return the pillows before my trip so we will just have to make do. There is going to be a big fight for the original Navy Blue Comfort Master!****Edited rating to increase stars from 2 to 4 stars****After posting my review with my dissatisfaction, the company contacted me and offered me a full refund. I believe they would have even refunded me for all 3 pillows but since I am fully satisfied with the first pillow, I did not expect any refund on that first pillow. They take customer service very seriously so I increased my star rating. You have no risk with them if you are dissatisfied. They thought I may have received some defective pillows and they will look into my comment. So overall, I'm happy with the result but would have still preferred the firmness of the pillows I was expecting for my trip.
