They're sturdy, I've held over 40lbs of chicken in here so far, and they show no signs of struggle. I wish it held above the sterno slot just a bit higher, the distance (which is probably standard) will bring a pan of water to a boil no problem. The price is fair enough - I found something similar at Costco for maybe a few dollars cheaper, the day after purchasing this, but it wasn't enough to be worth my regret.

We brought these to use at our wedding on the beach and these are very sturdy their metal and they worked perfectly for our occasion special occasion so I’m going to keep down because it came six and a pack and I’m looking forward to using them in the future for all of our events and parties that were going to be throwing from our home.

ORdered these to use for my sons wedding. They worked perfectly for what we needed. We served tri tip, shredded chicken, mashed potatoes and beans using these dishes and they served their purpose. Much cheaper than renting equipment and they clean up easy! Plan on buying more from this company of the need arises.

Sturdier than I expected, and can be reused again. We often order food trays that already come in a pan, so this makes it easy for us to heat the food up and keep it warm esp for a big group gathering.
