Recycled cartridge, not new. Disappointed!
I was expecting a brand new cartridge in a sealed box but instead I received a recycled cartridge in a black bag similar to a binliner. The name of the company on the Amazon website is "Cartridge UK Limited" but on the bag I received, the name is "Cartridge Recycling UK Limited". There is no company by the name "Cartridge UK Limited" on the Companies House website.Will I buy from Cartridge Recycling UK Limited again? Of course not. Trust is everything.

Not delivered in original packaging
When this item was delivered it was not in its original packaging - the box was missing. When I pay for an original HP cartridge I expect to receive it in all its original packaging, firstly to ensure that it is what it claims to be and secondly because the box is required to send the spent cartridge to HP for recycling. Not good enough!

I was really disappointed with purchase
As this was a business purchase with no VAT invoice, I was really disappointed with purchase! Unable to download and just as expensive as Cyan cartridge that had a VAT invoice. So I have lost the VAT. Element
