Does what is should and look lovely in my kitchen. Very pleased

Used multiple times everyday, good small toaster, the heating rack is good addition. Reasonable quality lasted 18 months of continuous use.

Simple to operate and understand. The most even toasting of any toaster I've ever owned and the most consistent results. The warming rack is simple and effective too. As a bonus its technology helps prevent things burning. I've typically bought chain retailer / discounter toasters. A habit from my ex marriage to a burner of toasters / microwaves/ovens/grills. So this is a step up. Is it over-priced. No I think its good value and very well designed, and it feels more robust.

This is an excellent two slice toaster. It toasts both sides of the bread evenly. Looks good and is well made, what more is needed?

Neat and good looking but not as powerful as my previous Bosch toaster and not as smooth in operation, a bit clunky and a bit t slow, crumpets tend to stick to the metal holders, takes some getting used to. I should have selected a cheaper more powerful model.

The white plastic ‘value’ toaster that I bought for £10 over ten years ago finally stopped working and I wanted a smart replacement. We chose a 2 slot toaster even though our previous one is a 4 slot. Item was very well packaged and arrived quickly on prime. I was a bit surprised that the two slot toaster wasn’t much smaller than our old 4 slot toaster, however we are impressed by the build quality. It feels substantial and well made. The control knob ‘clicks’ through the different settings in a very definite way. There are the usual defrost and stop buttons and a crumb tray that works well. There is a plate warmer rack that I thought was a nonsense addition but we have already used it a few times to warm plates and keep additional slices of toast warm… so I was wrong!! The negative which I expected was that the stainless steel does show finger marks. All in all we are Very pleased, I hope it lasts 10 years like the last toaster; I will let you know.

Not wide enough .

Makes great toast slot size could be slightly larger toasts really quickly

Toaster works perfectly, is stylish and cooks well. I am using a convertor plug for Australian standards and will have the plug changed by an electrician soon (I was aware it was a UK plug as advised).

Only lasted a few months
