It does wha it says gives u a lot of energy and you can do ur daily walks problem less, I always walk 2-3 hours daily but at the min my walk is on hold do to icy pavements but can’t wait to go back, can only recommend it u got to have a healthy diet and xersise not sitting around or else it wont work plenty of water too can only recommend it, sadly my bottle wasn’t a month worth coz for some reasoning 5th day it went empty but I’ve messaged the seller and waiting for my replacement but it lasts you 4 weeks normally and it doesn’t tastes bad either

I have just ordered this product as I have heard very good things about it. I have recently started regularly attending the gym and doing both cardio and general muscle building/weights training. I know people who have used this product and had great results from it.The people who are giving this a 1 star review are the people who are too lazy to get up and do something about their weight. Taking this Fat Burner will obviously not give the best results if you are taking it along with a poor diet and no exercise. If you are going to take this then start excercising properly and get yourself on a controlled, balanced diet then come and write a review.
