Will this sim card work as soon as i put it into my phone when i get to mexico, or do something before i'm able to start using it?

You register the card by internet, and provide the date you want service to start. I switched sim cards while on the plane in route to Mexico, and when I landed I had fully functioning data. I used data to navigate to my rental home in Cabo San Lucas. Worked in and around Cabo San Lucas perfectly.

Can i put these sim cards in a lg phone?
