Reliable, Convenient and budget friendly.
Purchased: 07-02-2022The URBN 10000 mAh Li-Polymer Ultra Compact Power Bank has been a reliable companion for my daily commutes and occasional travel needs. This pocket-sized power bank offers a decent capacity (10000 mAh) at a budget-friendly price, making it a great value for money.(A). Pros:1). Compact & Portable: True to its name, this power bank is incredibly compact and easily fits in a pocket or small bag. Its portability is a major plus, especially for on-the-go users.2). Fast Charging: The 12W fast charging capability ensures quick top-ups for my smartphone, significantly reducing charging times.3). Dual USB Output: Having two USB ports is convenient for charging multiple devices simultaneously, such as a phone and earphones.4). Made in India: Supporting local manufacturing is always a plus, and this power bank represents a quality product made within India.5). Affordable: At ₹749, it offers a great balance of features and affordability.--------(B). Cons:1). Type C & Micro Input Only: While it has dual USB outputs, the input is limited to Type C and Micro USB, which might be inconvenient for users who primarily use other cable types.2). Battery Life: While the stated capacity is 10000 mAh, real-world performance might vary depending on the device being charged and other factors. It's not ideal for high-power devices.----------(C). Overall Impression:The URBN 10000 mAh Power Bank is a solid choice for anyone looking for a compact and affordable power bank for everyday use. Its fast charging, dual USB outputs, and portability make it a convenient accessory. While the input limitations might be a minor drawback for some, it is largely outweighed by the overall value proposition.--------(D). Recommendation:If you're in need of a pocket-friendly power bank that can quickly charge your devices without breaking the bank, the URBN 10000 mAh Power Bank is definitely worth considering. It's a reliable and convenient option for everyday use.

Very compact size and the short cable is support actual fast charging.
I recently purchased the URBN 10000 mAh Lithium-Polymer Power Bank, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! This power bank combines a sleek design with powerful performance.First off, the 22.5 Watt Super Fast Charging feature is a game changer. It charges my devices in no time, whether it’s my smartphone or tablet. I love how I can fully charge my phone multiple times without needing to plug the power bank in. The 10000 mAh capacity is just right for daily use and travel. The build quality feels premium, and it’s lightweight, making it easy to carry in my bag. Plus, the LED indicator shows the remaining battery life, so I always know when it’s time to recharge.Overall, the URBN power bank has exceeded my expectations. It's reliable, efficient, and definitely worth every penny. If you’re looking for a portable charger that delivers, this is the one! Highly recommended!

Initial impression is good
It fits in your palm, seems sturdy and won't slip from your hand, comes with type A to c cable. Charges my Samsung S21 FE in fast charging mode, not in super fast charging mode like its adapter does. Plus point it's made in India.

Poor product and service could be better, battery swelled in just 3 months
Update 2: After persistent follow ups on email (there is no other way to connect with them), finally the Service team shipped a replacement which I received just now. The replacement unit is working OK as of now, and I will update this review after some time. Am I satisfied with their service now? In a way, Yes but they need to improve on turn around time for their email replies and need to keep customers updated about the progress of warranty claims. Will I buy an Urbn product again? Depends on how this replacement unit fares. May be my original unit was One off case (though does not seem to be as multiple customers have complained about battery swelling issues).Update 1: The defective Power Bank was reverse picked up about 2 weeks ago, and there has been no further update from Urbn. Sent their support multiple emails, but no proper reply apart from automated emails mentioning that their service people will be back soon from Diwali vacation (in January!). So, this service experience is also turning out to be as pathetic as their products. Not recommended at all!I ordered this in October 2023 and now in January 2024, already the battery has swelled up. I have contacted support for replacement of the power bank, and will update the review based on their response.Overall, while it was working the power bank proved useful because of its compact size and pretty fast power delivery. It is very convenient to carry. Only if it was more reliable I would have recommended this over others. I also have a relatively heavy Xiaomi 20k power bank for last 3 years and that one is still working like a charm. So am very much disappointed that this one conked off so fast.
