Absolutely terrible experience with this power bank. Just 10 months after buying, the battery swelled up so badly it broke open the case! That is a MAJOR safety hazard and completely unacceptable for any electronic device. To make matters worse, the company’s customer support is a total disaster—sent an email and have been waiting 12 days with ZERO reply or help. If you value your safety, money, and sanity, stay far away from this product. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Total waste of money and dangerously poor build quality. Avoid at all costs!

Have been using the 20,000mAh one for nearly two years. Its gone now. It will charge one iphone 13 pro max once thats it. Compactness and weight is ok. Usable. Durability is bad but if you are ok for under two years for the price then its fine. Worked well for these months though. Have connected both ports together for charging different devices simultaneously. Everything worked well for 20 months. My friend is also using the same powerbank. Worked well for 16 months. Then same issue.
