Leaks profusely from fill port and from multiple threaded connections
The media could not be loaded. If it had leaked only from the threads I would have just resealed myself, but it leaked profusely from multiple threads and directly from the fill port.This was immediately obvious in the first 5 seconds of filling, and would therefore have been obvious to whoever should have been testing them at the factory
