I am giving these 5 stars because of their style. I got two mainly as accessories and not for their claimed benefits. The titanium anklet for men are very nice, well weighted and stylish. The tool which is included to remove links is easy to use and comes with extra pins to help you remove links. I wore these in my walks with the spouse, and honestly my military-service-connected knees felt ever slightly better than without the anklets. With that said, in clinical studies in 2007 where people wore devices with magnets and without, there were no statistical differences between the magnetic items and non-magnetic items. Coupled with the fact the magnetic strength (I doubt these are even close to 2000 gauss of magnetism) of these small magnetics are not strong enough to make a difference with the iron that is present in our blood to make a difference in our circulations. Any magnets that are strong enough to affect our blood is the size of a MRI. So with this fact in mind, placebo effect is good enough for me, they look good and give me slight relief? Good enough for me to be stylish! Maybe the constant tactile stimulus on the ankles distracts the nerves that are also sending signals of pain to the brain? This is beyond my paygrade! In any case, the anklets look good, and despite no scientific proof that magnets do a darn thing you can get these and maybe you'll get something out of it?

These don’t actually help with ankle pain. Of course there’s zero medical, peer review, studies showing that magnets help. But I love the style. Even as a straight man I like wearing this.

Upon receiving this ankle bracelet I absolutely loved it as soon as I opened the box and the feel of it was amazing to me. The weight and texture of this piece was amazing, it was made with great detail and the overall quality was amazing, and the bonus it came along with the resizing tool that came with it was a great addition to make it a perfect fit. I have only had this item for a couple of weeks, so I’m patiently waiting to see if it will help with my arthritis pain. #1-The only issue that I is that I would have ordered one with a flip over clasp, so that it would open and close easier for me, but it does have a good strong clip to lock it down so not to loose it or come off. I did resize it to fit my wrist perfectly, as most of my pain is in my right and left hands and wrist. Well I’m about a month out of wearing my new anklet/bracelet it has seemed to help reduce some of my arthritis pain, but not as much with the swelling in my knuckles so only time will tell. Yes I’m very pleased that this item as it has helped to reduce some of the pain in my hands, I’m hoping the longer I wear it that it will continue to improve my pain. #2-Yes I’m very pleased with the overall quality, weight, strength and smoothness, of my new copper bracelet/anklet. So pleased that I have ordered 1 to give as a gift, and an additional one for my self to wear as an anklet. #3 * Please keep in mind that this or any item will not completely heal or remove all the pain, but for myself I can say it has helped reduce my arthritis pain enough that I would highly recommend trying it. I hope this helps other readers, the cost of my bracelet/anklet is well worth it.

Helped reduce the swelling in my lower legs and ankles! I love them! I bought 2. One for each ankle.

First of all, the magnets did not help the problem and I can't really fault the product because the whole magnet thing is a gamble. Removing links is very difficult and we needed to put it under a magnifier to see it! Lastly, the closure is so difficult to open and close, I had to have someone help me put it on and off. I returned the product.

It is a little too big and I have not been able to get the pin out with the tool provided to make it smaller. I will take it to a friends to see if they can figure out which side to remove pins. 🤔

Ordered this Anklet as I wanted the maximum strength I could find. Arrived a day early and was very easy to alter to get a good fit. So far seems helpful, though I was wearing a magnetic anklet before and that worked too. Had a fractured tibia/fibula about 20 years ago and the random aches were getting annoying. Have to say that, much to my surprise, magnetic treatments worked VERY well - better than NSAIDS. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I am very happy with my anklelet. I did not have to adjust it. I am not a big person so I was surprised that it fit perfectly. Looks very nice on and it is very sturdy so will not break easily. I am hoping the magnetic part will help me. They also provide an adjuster plus an online video to show you how to adjust it if needed.
