Although mine stopped working after a while. When it was running it overseeded my expectations kept my tank fresh and clean actually spotless water flow is great fish were happy also easy to clean just squeeze out filter pads and you back in The game. Customer service is also great I got another motor for within mins of sending the email. Can't wait to get it back up and running THX

This filter is exactly as advertised and surprisingly powerful! I tested it in a 5 gallon bucket that I was quarantining some snails in and it was kind of a disaster because the output is VERY powerful. I'm actually using it in a paludarium with 40 gallons of water, there is some other filtration and the tank has a really low bioload so I wasn't worried about this being perfect but it's actually holding up really well! The tank has cycled nicely and this thing is as strong as ever. It can clog relatively easily but it's also easy to clear out debris. The intake doesn't feel strong even though the flow is so strong coming out. If you have creatures that would be sensitive to the output I would definitely recommend putting a sponge or something similar over the output to diffuse the stream a little bit.The directions about the different nozzles were very difficult to interpret. Personally I didn't care about the oxygenation option or the wave (?) feature but it took a lot of googling to understand how the oxygenation feature worked (it is simple and pretty neat), and I still don't understand the wave thing. Doesn't matter to me, but just fyi.It's also a little difficult to take the filter apart because you have to press on multiple tabs and pull fairly forcefully, but it can be done and I haven't had to take it apart often so it's okay with me.Overall, I'm very happy with this filter. Like some other people have mentioned, the fact that the compartments are able to be taken apart means that you can upgrade this filter from the sponges it comes with really easily. I'm planning to add charcoal to the filter soon.

The media could not be loaded.  It is a great product but, I don’t like the feeling of the items and the the cheep quality but…. It’s worth the price.It is being used for a crayfish (at the end of vid that’s normal it likes it’s bubbles)I guess it works for what I need it to do.

I put this in my 10 gallon tank with guppies. I admit I am a novice. Absolutely no instructions. Overnight my tank ran and my fish were dead. I have had the fish for over a year and only changed to this as it was submerged and silent. That part was accurate.

This product didn’t come with a an Australian plug so I paid for an electrician to change the plug and it doesn’t work please don’t buy this it is terrible don’t get stooged like I did
