I love that this mouse keeps my hand warm! My hand gets so cold and aches, and this really helps. It warms up very quickly. I like that it has an on/off button - I can turn it off when not needed. Maybe would be better if the button were not on the bottom?As the description says, it is "large" - a little too large for my hand, so it is less comfortable, and is making my hand tired. Hopefully that will improve as I get used to it.It does not operate quite smoothly, not like my regular EagleTec mouse, so I am disappointed with that. The little pads on the bottom are not very high, so maybe that is why. Or it might be the on/off button is dragging? There is some resistance which makes it hard to use accurately. If it weren't for that I would give it higher rating. In any case, the warmth is a lifesaver, so I will keep using it!

Very good product for somebody whos hands get cold easily.Warms up a little slow, but when it's warm - you want to take it with you everywhere.Works best with another product of ValueRays - Mouse Hand Warmer 'mitten'.I keep asking myself, why I didn't buy these products earlier?Totally changed the comfort level of working long hours in front of a computer.

Perfect solution to cold hands. On and off could be easier it's very small. But other than that it's perfect.

Provided no heat whatsoever. Measured with an IR thermometer on three computers, testing both the High and Low settings.

Our office was like a freezer this summer, wore a sweater almost everyday. The heated mouse worked great to keep my fingers from freezing.

Received at noon on Tuesday for 4 hours. The following day, no heat! For terribly arthritic hands, this was a life saver. Unbelievably failed after 4 hours use. Followed all directions, turning off when not in use. What a waste of my time ordering, not to mention waste of hard earned $$$!

I purchased this mouse on October 2020, and it still works as new! Hopefully, a later design will include heating on the sides for the pinky and thumb. I love the off, low, and high setting underneath the mouse.
