I've tried many "blackout curtains" before and they were just okay but these are some serious blackout curtains! I bought these for my son's nursery and it is so much darker during the day now and I can tell a difference in temperature as his room would get so warm from the sun shining in. The dimensions were correct and everything else is as stated, I would definitely purchase these again.

For the price these curtains definitely block out the light better than more expensive curtains we've purchased from high end stores. I'll be buying more for my bedroom where I just bought expensive ones and had to put a backing on to make them darker to block out light. I suffer from migraines and these are perfect.

I love the thickness of these curtains. They block out light perfectly, and are satin-like soft. Reminds me of an evening gown lol. They're well worth the cost, I think I paid less than $17 for 2 panels. I got 2 sets for both my daughter's rooms. I would definitely buy these again in any color. I highly recommend these if you're looking for blackout curtains. Well done NICETOWN!

For the price, these do the job-blocking a new streetlight at night. During the day however, I don’t think they do much better than other regular curtains.There are lots of colors to chose from, I got brown. Maybe black would block more light.They work well for my needs.

Nice quality. I got the type in which you put the rod through to save Heating fuel. They really keep the cold air in by the windows and help the heat to stay in the room. We have used so little heating oil this year compared to last year so far one tank has been saved of heating oil. I would imagine propane would be too tanks because propane doesn't do as well. Nice quality I don't think the length is as long as it says. I have not bothered to measure but it seems like it's an inch short

These curtains are better than I thought they would be! Fabric is VERY nice to be polyester , soft to the touch. Wrinkles will come out with steaming or ironing. Blocks majority of light. I plan on buying more for a different room soon.

These do keep the light out. The only thing I don’t really like it they are “silkier” than I thought they’d be. Seems to have this very faint sparkle in the material ( if you look very close up) and when the sun is hitting at a certain point, there’s a red color that you can see. Kinda weird and not loving that. But since they’re in my bedroom, I’m not in there very much in the daytime, I don’t see it often.

I love the color of these curtains and the pom poms are just the cutest! I bought them for my baby girl’s room and am glad I did. My only “BUT” is that they are more light filtering than black out. If you are hoping for zero light to shine through, you will be disappointed. I plan to get black out pull shades to put underneath so it will have the full black out for baby nap times.

So I took my time to research blackout blinds. I am a night worker. So for me these are highly valuable for my lifestyle. If I don't get my proper sleep, I'm a mess.So after researching I came to find nicetown are a leading brand for blinds. So I measure up and make the orderI was expecting to get branded curtains. And I got ones sent from China that did not block the light. They were not branded. Came in plastic packaging and were of no use to anyone. Not even me.Be careful guys. I instead brought myself another pair from amazon that are not branded. Please see image of the new pair

As promised great black out curtains, for those of us, who has to sleep during the day. Same as for the black ones.

PLAIN BLACK, BLACKOUT CURTAINS IS WHAT I WANTED AND THATS JUST WHAT I GOT :) I WAS ON THE HUNT FOR A WHILE FOR THESE CAUSE I NEEDED A 45 INCH LENGTH AND THEY ARE HARD TO COME BY WHEN YOU DONT WANT TO PAY A FORTUNE FOR THEM...WHY THEY CHARGE SO MUCH MORE FOR SHORTER LENGTH CURTAINS IS BEYOND ME, BUT I THINK I DID OK SPENDING 20 ON THESE... IM HAPPY :) I JUST MOVED HERE AND THERE WAS A WHITE PAPER BLIND UP IN THE BATHROOM WINDOW THAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE OK UNTIL I FOUND THE CURTAINS I WANTED....UNTIL I REALIZED THAT MY NEW NEIGHBOUR IS SOMEWHAT OF A PEEPING TOM AND COULD SEE INTO MY BATHROOM AT THE SIDES OF THE BLIND.... I DISCOVERED THAT A MONTH INTO MOVING HERE LOL... WELL, NO MORE SHOWER SHOWS FOR HIM LOL....THESE FIT THE WINDOW PERFECTLY AND THEY TRULY ARE BLACKOUT...YAY ... THEY ARE A REALLY RICH COLOR OF BLACK, THEY ARE SOFT AND HANG NICELY WITH MINIMAL WRINKLES IN THEM (NO NEED TO IRON... THEY WILL COME OUT AFTER A COUPLE OF HOT SHOWERS) ... IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THE BLACK COLOR TO FINALLY BE RESTOCKED AND IM SUPER HAPPY WITH THEM AND YOU WILL BE TOO :) I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.....JUST ONE SUGGESTION THOUGH...IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY CAME WITH TIEBACKS, BUT THATS NO BIGGIE -YOU CAN BUY THOSE AT THE DOLLAR STORE :)

Pic was taken at 1:05pm. South facing windows. Light comes in the two windows and makes the television hard to see. Now we haven't got that problem since putting them up. They are very basic curtains, nothing fancy at all, but if you're in need of light blocking curtains these are it.. I removed a star because I was sent one new pair and one used pair. They were packaged totally different and the one that was packed bunched up without cardboard insert has 2 runs in it. Thankfully these are just in the tv room. I didn't want the hassle of going to the post office and waiting for a new set.

These curtains are quite nice! They are soft and look great in the room, I actually have another pair coming today bcuz I want it to look fuller! Coming out of the package they do have some wrinkles (minimal), but I’m either going to wash them or spray them with some wrinkle release to see if that helps! My first ones were $23, and yesterday they were only $20…I think it’s a great deal!
