My water jug was looking increasingly limescale-y and naff, so when I was looking to replace it I came across this. The initial draw was it would be great to not have a big water jug sitting on the side. When it arrived it was bigger than I expected, but I soon got used to it. Attaching this to my tap was easy, and the water difference was huge. I've used the brand name water jug and filters for many years, and could taste the difference between my tap water and my filtered water. It tasted like filtered water. But with this, it doesn't taste of anthring. I think that's telling. After a few months of use it's still working well and the filter life is fantastic.

Great product. Really notice the difference in the water. I’m in West London. Easy to fit and replacing the cartridges is super easy. I had a little problem with it but customer services (Doreen in particular) were amazing and sent a new one out right away.

Really pleased with this water filter. While it isn’t extremely cheap at base value, comparatively to other brands it is great and it actually works and isn’t just a silly gimmick. It is really well made and the water tastes great. The size is quite big for our medium sink, however you can just move the faucet out of the way and it is quite versatile with how it can twist and turn to be able to get things in the sink while having it on the faucet. You just turn the lever to turn the filtering on and off making it super easy to use. It’s not very heavy and my tap can withhold the weight. Thus far the water filtering has been great. I’ve been using it for about a week and it takes the edge off of the taste of water. I did struggle with the faucet adapters and contacted customer service where Krystal was fantastic. They gave me good advice and suggested trying different adapters. I bought new adapters and the water filter fixed to the tap nicely. Thank you Krystal for your amazing customer service, they really went above and beyond to give me a good experience and offered me some complimentary water filters for the trouble with the adapters. It’s really easy to set up and the box comes with easy to follow instructions. Waterdrops company really takes pride in ensuring that you get sorted out and to give you a good experience. Thank you!

Fits my standard kitchen mixer tap. Does a good job of making London tap water palatable, no more chlorine smell or strange taste. Tightened by hand only and no leaks. Looks cool too. Flow rate is fine. Great for the money.

Connection to my kitchen tap was achieved by unscrewing the small aerator at the end of the tap. The diameter of the tap matched a £1 coin and the threaded end of my tap fitted the connector for the Waterdrop filter which screwed into place finger tight with no problem and no leaks. The water produced by the filter tastes good and my next cup of tea tasted better than before. This water filter is easy to use and better than the plastic jug filter I used before. The insructions are clear but most important is the size of your tap to fit the Waterdrop filter connector.

Easy to fit and a good quality product. Do check that your tap is compatible - the rest is easy. Instantly tasted the difference in the water. The filter is also very easy to change.

The Waterdrop is a great item! It comes with all the relevant fitting for STANDARD SIZE taps plus it has four cartridges which, ostensibly, will last a year! It was easy to fit and didn't leak at all. When first fitted, run water though the unit to clear it of any loose charcoal. The unit is, by virtue of it's design, slightly on the large side and deciding which way round to fit so that you can get the kettle under it is the only fitting issue. The 4* was with regard to water quality... . All of these units have filters that remove part of a spectrum of impurities but they don't all remove the same impurities. The Waterdrop may give you cleaner water but it does give a cup of tea where you are left with a scum in the cup - the filter jug doesn't give this. The scum, by the way, is not harmful but looks horrible. It can be stopped by adding a drop of lemon juice to the tea to stop the process from happening.
