I had a prior cover that was finally after 8+ yrs wearing out in the middle of the bed. I cut it off cause the zipper tab was gone. Tilted my mattress toward the foot of the bed & slid this one on myself. With the zipper facing up so it’s easy to get to. It fit my queen bed perfect & better than the older one. Sturdy but don’t pull on it. Zipper goes across the entire bottom & up the one side a few feet. I vacuumed top of my pillow top mattress before hand. No water ever penetrates this & keeps the dust mites out (or the bed bugs..Which I’ve never had lol). Good to go for more yrs or as long as the mattress will last for sure. I never had the need to remove or wash. It’s just me & I wash my sheets weekly. And you can’t even tell it’s their. Is soft & flexible material. I have a pic of my mattress 8 1/2 yrs old using my prior cover. It’s as clean as the day I bought it in 2017.

Es un poco ruidoso, pero se entiende, porque es algo similar a un hule. Se siente cómodo y no noto diferencia de mi cubre colchón tradicional, a excepción de que este no se sale (cosa que ya me tenía harto de otros cubre colchones). No sé qué tan impermeable sea aún, pero me da un poco más de tranquilidad saber que resiste el agua.
