I saw a “rug” made from basically the same material on Amazon showing as being for dogs. It advertised the absorbency when dogs stepped on it with their wet, muddy paws and I noted how it looked like a bath mat. My AH-HA!!! moment lead to the purchase of this bath mat to use at the door that our dogs come into the house. The dogs paws are dry enough with one step on this rug to enter into the rest of the house without having to physically wipe their feet. (Unless it’s pouring rain and we are drying their bodies off anyways)The bath mat is soft and plush and has a slight gripper bottom, enough so it doesn’t slip, but it’s still able to be thrown into the washing machine easily without getting the rubber flakes all over.I will be purchasing this again for the same purpose when this one gets ratty enough, and I would purchase again to use in the bathroom as intended as well.

After 7 months its - my feet still love it. Have washed it several times and it looks new. I wash in warm/cold and dry on extra low or low heat.

We bought this to go in front of a small shower enclosure in a small secondary bathroom. Works great. It fits the space perfectly and offers comfort and good traction. A small mat like this is easy to toss into the washing machine occasionally to keep clean, too.

I bought two of the green bathmats for my bathroom. They arrived just in time for my pregnancy morning sickness to kick my butt, so I know first hand how comfy and soft they are as I’ve been laying on them for the last few days. They are super soft, warm, and they feel great. They have a textured look to them and they seem to be very absorbent. I haven’t washed them yet, but they seem durable enough that if you do it on a gentle cycle they’ll be just fine. For the price, they are awesome!

Very plush and soft underfoot. Washing is a nightmare as this rug absorbs water like a sponge. Spin cycle on the front load washer wouldn't work because it was too heavy. Had to squeeze it by hand and let it drip dry partially over a sink before I could put it in the dryer to finish the job. A commercial washer & dryer would probably do a better job. Just something to keep in mind.

We've had a few different types as we live in a 3bed/1 bath apartment and kinda just take turns getting a new one when the aesthetic changes. This is a bigger size than we normally get but definitely will get it from here on out. It doesn't get instantly soaked and when we've had mishaps - it dries fairly well and doesn't turn scraggly. Feels super comfy and looks cute! Will add it to my list and get again for when we change colors but this has been a hit!
