I just want to start out with saying that Unaltered is an awesome company with products that truly do work! I started taking this product and saw results after only 1 week! I have been taking ozempic for a little while and I was consistently losing about a pound a week. But! Then I introduced this new awesome product into my new weightloss routine / journey, and it became a game changer! I am only taking 2 of these pills a day instead of the recommended dose on the bottle and the results are still there! Within the first week of taking this: my gut health became better, my cravings and hungry dissipated, my natural energy levels seem to be a bit better, and I lost a total of 6 lbs!!! And it didn’t stop there… I’ve been taking this product for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve lost a total of 13.5 lbs! I’m telling you this stuff works! I’ve tried a couple of their other products before as well and all of them ACTUALLY WORKED for what they were designed to do. This is a huge thing because I’ve tried A LOT of products and half the stuff out there doesn’t hold up to expectations. This company seems to always come through and they have a lifelong customer here! I highly recommend this product if you need something to try and curve hunger, you’re trying to shed some extra weight, and / OR you’ve hit a plateau in your journey (with or without a glp-1 shot)… this is the product for you!

I’ve gone through my second bottle that I’ve taken back to back with no breaks in between. After my tubal-ligation I gained alot of weight very rapidly. Nothing was working to keep weight off no matter how much cardio I did or weights I lifted. I’m an Army veteran, and a mom and I’m used to being very active. I wanted to take this product for a while to give it an honest review. I’ve changed my diet to a Mediterranean diet and I walk and occasionally lift weights. I have lost 37lbs in two months. This product is great and I will continue to use it, however it does take work on your part. You can’t just take the pill and expect it to work. If you really want to lose weight you have to change the way you eat and add exercise in. Give the pill time to work in your body. It will take a few weeks as this is a herb. It takes patience. That’s why I waited until bottle 2 was empty to review. This isn’t a magic pill that’s sheds your fat for you, while you do nothing, you have to put in the work yourself. I’m extremely happy with the help that this pill has given my body to lose weight and keep it off. It really does work, but give it time for your body to let it start working. Good things come to those who are patient and persistent.

I normally don't do reviews, positive or negative, but I really wanted to give my experience to warn others. At first I didn't have any symptoms, but a month into taking it, I suddenly had the worst gas of my life. Like if I didn't let it out, it felt so painful and it was frequent, like literally all day every day. Then, I couldn't stop going to the bathroom. I wasn't having "diarrhea" technically, but I couldn't stop going. It got so bad that I couldn't even pass gas without having to use the bathroom. No food poisoning and this is not normal for me. This is the only difference. So, when trying to figure out what's wrong with me, I had an epiphany that it could be this. When I researched CLA which is the main ingredient it seems, I came across claims that it can cause exactly what I'm experiencing, but not only that... it can cause flareups of diseases. Like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, IBS, Heart Disease, Diabetes, etc. Well, I have H.S and I noticed I've had multiple flare ups since having started this. Normally I get 1 once in a blue moon, but I've had multiple at once suddenly. And I have PCOS and just started having periods again a year ago after not having them for a year. And for the first time in my life I was having regular periods too, however I haven't had one since I've started taking this. And I'm 100% not pregnant. It just occurred to me that all of these things are happening after having started this. I'm sorry to the company that makes and/or sells this, I was really hoping this would help not only lose weight, but regulate my hormones and all it's done is make everything worse. And on top of it, nothing different in the weight loss. Please if you have any health problems, do some research on CLA, I haven't even began to check out the other ingredient to see what that can do, but with the CLA it seems the negatives outweigh the positives in my experience. I'm sorry if anyone was anticipating purchasing this with some hope like I did just to be crushed when seeing my review. And hey, maybe it works for some people. All of our bodies are different and some people don't have to worry about it causing disease flare ups, but of you aren't healthy, I highly suggest doing extensive research of the ingredients of supplements like I will be doing.

I’m 5’3, 176lbs, What I noticed immediately was the change in my appetite. I haven’t had to take it with every meal because I simply haven’t been very hungry. Another pro is that I feel so much lighter after eating, with absolutely no bloating. Like every other product out there, not everything is going to work for everyone, so it’s important to try it out for yourself. I honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. For me, my weight gain has been due to stress eating, so this really worked in my favor because it has significantly suppressed my appetite. After a little bit more consistency, I’ll follow up with another review!

Hey guys, I heard a lot of great reviews about this product.. It’s great for others and that’s really amazing. I envy that. As a weight loss diet starter with a daily exercise routine and portion control eating, this product did not work for me. I’ve been on it for roughly bout a month- I did not see any changes unfortunately. And I know changes don’t happen within a snap of the fingers. Just that it really did not suppress my appetite- more so, it just made me hungrier. I did not see my lbs dropping as well so it was very unfortunate. This product also did not help with my bowel movements at all. The only thing this product did great at was giving me quite a bit of good energy for my exercise sessions but that’s all it does. I understand everybody’s body is different and this product can really work well with others. It just did not do it for me. So really think about it before you buy it. It’s no harm to take risks and try it out if you want to know if it really work for you. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 btw I only took about 1-2 pills because I noticed the pill kept making me feel like I was starving. And yes I did eat take it with my meals. It still didn’t suppress anything unfortunately. :((

I’m a couple days short of 2 weeks, but I thought I’d share my results now because I’m actually kind of impressed. Now with that being said, I started taking these at the end of my cycle, so I don’t know yet how they will help/effect ‘that week’ when I’m an emotional monster, cry over heart warming commercials and eat everything I can get my hands on 😂 I will update when that week comes around again. What I’ve noticed so far is I def have less bloating and (tmi but I’m trying to be as real as possible 😬) my bowl movements have been more productive. Not to say that it acts as a laxative, but I feel like I’m able to completely empty my bowls. Perhaps that’s how it reduces bloating? I have a fairly balanced diet, I eat a lot of fruits and veggies but I like my fair share of junk/sugar too. Being almost 40 I have belly fat that’s just there, but this has helped reduce the puffiness in that area. The pills are larger than I expected, but not hard at all to swallow. I’m going to continue to use these. I started and stopped my weight loss journey many times however, this time I am serious. I have changed my mindset from weight loss journey to health and wellness journey. This helps me take the pressure off while daily working towards health and I believe the residual effects will be weight loss. I have adopted healthier eating, staying hydrated, have a work out schedule and am prioritizing sleep. I do however feel I could use a little help to stay on track so I searched for some pills that did not have bad ingredients that could help me with my bloating etc. I came across your slim tighten tone pills and recently started taking them. I believe they are definitely helping me with the bloating etc. I know it’s just water loss currently but it still makes me feel a sense of accomplishment which encourages me to keep going. I would like to lose 100 pounds and I am on my way. I’m pacing myself and giving myself grace but not skipping discipline. I will check back in after a month and let you know how it’s going.
