The mug turned out even better than I expected or hoped, printed with a photo on one side and text (.png of text generated in Word) on the other. Very, very fast turnaround with delivery within a few days. This mug is a hokey-jokey sort of business gift and I will present it with no worries as to how the recipient will judge its quality. Highest possible recommendation.

Our cup came out BEAUTIFUL. Quick service, well executed, and great value. My one complaint is that it's REALLY, REALLY hard to figure out how to do exactly what you're trying to do, especially if you're trying to add text and photos, and put them just so. Directions can be easier. And there's no way to preview your final project once you'v added it to your cart. So you should screen-shot your creation. The saving grace is that the seller is very responsive, and will help you figure out what you're trying to do if you can't do it on your own. If what you're doing is pretty straightfoward, you'll be fine. It's a nice mug.

The ordering system was so easy to complete. I was able to clearly specify which side of the mug would get which image file. I started with 2 computer-drawn .jpg logo files, and I got a beautiful team spirit mug that looks like something professionally crafted for mass marketing, and not just a one-off print-room job. So happy with the quality of the product, and it was by far the fastest turn-around time of any advertised. Thanks so much!

Having never ordered a custom mug before, I wasn't sure what to expect my mug to look like after I submitted the form for this mug's design. Would my image be too big, to small? Would it actually look like what I entered into my form? Well yes, yes it does look exactly like what I submitted. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a well made custom mug that looked exactly the way I wanted it to, and I found the online tool for designing the mug to be simple and intuitive to use.

This print came SO FAST and really saved my bum this Christmas - I had another custom mug that came out poorly done and I was pressed for time for a replacement before Christmas. This was done so lightning fast and made it in time for Christmas with time to spare, I was so impressed. The print was just slightly misaligned (see photo) but it was somewhat minor and much better than the prior one so I was happy enough. My grandfather loved his gift (it’s a picture of me and him), and when Grampa is happy I’m happy :) thank you for the lightning fast turnaround!!

The cup is perfect. Excellent work! It arrived on time. I gave it to my husband on Father's Day. My husband had a three coronary bypass surgery recently, and I wanted him to have a reminder of God's power and mercy. I put a bible verse together with some pictures. I appreciate very much that there is not any mistake in the text even though it is in Spanish. Thank you very much.

The printing on the mug is perfect. It came out looking exactly like the photos that I created on the site. As far as durability I have washed it over and over and never had a problem not glaze cracking, staining or even getting too hot to handle. Sadly I accidentally dropped it once it was utterly amazing nothing happened. I thought for sure it was gone but it turned out to be just fine not a crack anything. As I has this it's become my favorite mug and has been used daily ever since I got it

The cup that I purchased with a picture on it of my dad hugging his two donkeys is going to be a fantastic Father’s Day present. It turned out really, really cool. Thank you so much for doing a great job.
