Well-made. Well-priced.
This is just what I needed for my Gongfu Tea Tray. There is a tiny ceramic strainer that corresponds with the spout inside of the little teapot - of course - so there is no need for an additional strainer. It is beautiful as well.

Perfect Little Teapot — Cute, Functional, and Great Quality!
I’m so happy with this small teapot! It’s the perfect size for one to two cups of tea, and it’s ideal for daily use. The design is simple but charming, and it looks beautiful sitting on the counter or tea tray. The material feels sturdy and well-made, with no cheap or flimsy parts. The lid fits securely, the spout pours smoothly without dripping, and the handle stays cool enough to hold comfortably. I also love how quickly it heats and how well it retains warmth. It’s great for loose-leaf teas too — the infuser (if yours comes with one) works perfectly and keeps the leaves contained.

Patience, a lesson in a teapot
At first I thought this teapot was defective, but then I sought to correct the flaws within myself and discovered quiet perfection. If the lid is too far back it has a vacuum issue that does not allow a good pour. When the lid is pushed forward it works well. If you rush the pour it "cries" over the front between the lid and pot. When you slow down, it takes a solid thirty seconds to empty this pot into the fairing pitcher. Capacity was 209cc when I measured it empty. Brewed several teas in it and enjoyed each of them. Raw and ripe pu'erh seem to be the best in this pot, oolong was good too.

Perfect for gung fu tea!
Perfect size for gung fu tea. Looks good on the tea table and has a nice pour for the price. Works great, I use it daily. Best part, I don't have to worry about accidentally breaking it because it is so affordable.

Initially all seemed good....
The item itself is overall well made and looks very nice and feels good in the hand, however it's basically useless. No matter what tea/water ratio you use with loose leaf gongfu style brewing, the leaves will block the holes for the strainer on the inside not allowing any liquid to actually pour out after the initial rinse steep. Very disappointed in this product considering I bought it to actually use it, but you're better off using a gaiwan and strainer separately if you actually want to pour and drink your tea without problems. Maybe this tea pot will work better with puerh oranges or something that's more contained in the water to prevent the strainer from getting blocked off, but definitely not worth using for loose leaf.

Teapot
This teapot is a lot smaller than I thought it would be! I guess that was why it was pretty cheap! It is pretty cute! I just wish I had a smaller granddaughter that really likes tea party’s!!!
