Perfect Replacement Part
This was an exact ignition starter switch replacement for my 2009 Kia Sportage. When we started the car with the old switch, the starter would not fully disengage sometimes and caused a grinding noise. Start to finish, including removing the appropriate panels to access the switch took 20 minutes. There is only one screw holding the ignition starter switch in place and it is easily accessible once the panels are removed. Make sure the ignition starter switch is in the same position as the the position the key is in. Best to disconnect the battery and have the ignition in the off position. Use a screwdriver to put the switch in the same position before installing.
