Essential bit of kit for Leisure Batteries
Looks good and is surprisingly accurate 😊 decided to fit a monitor as I accidentally drained my nearly new battery. So now at the touch of a button I can see the state of charge, vaults, drain etc and will therefore know if my built in charger isn't charging. If your van hasn't got one I'd recommend you get one of these 😉

Worth the hassle of setting up
There is a big, really big, shunt that has to be wired, so it's not a cute little meter to mount or carry around. You have to get the various connections done, which means some loose wires floating around, plus the shunt. You might want to think how to make the connections. I have this meter ready to put inline with my XT60 connections, like the battery to my ebike. The gripe here is that the connections determine if this is a charge meter, or a discharge meter. If you put gender swap adapters in the mix, then you can go with charge and discharge. I don't like the way the meter is programmed. To clear the meter, the amp hours, the watt hours, and the total time, you have to long press, then short press to the function, then long press to clear. This procedure can be challenging to remember, and it slows things down. It's a nice crisp display with a lot of information. I have used these meters to test dozens of batteries, up to 60v ebike packs. I don't know how accurate the watt hour numbers are, but they are close enough for what I need. This is the only way to know what is left in an ebike battery as you ride, though I use a simpler Drok meter on the bike.
