It’s great but one rubber band got damaged during my workout, would appreciate a replacement pls

aving children of a certain age can make exercise with free weights hazardous, and can make it rather difficult to maintain focus long enough to complete a set… what with them coming to lie down directly beneath a dumbbell I am half way through lifting. With this in mind I tried to find resistance bands that could enable me to still workout without the fear of dropping a 50 kilo metal weight on a child’s head. This is the closest I have found to that experience, really quite comfortable and easy to use, but I am finding it difficult, as with all elastic systems, to maintain resistance throughout the rep, such as you would get with free-weights… but this is the closest safe alternative. I also particularly like the sleeves around the bands, alternative systems tug at the forest of hairs on my arms, so this addition is really quite good. So far I have used this for bench press, seated row and bicep curl, without issue, and changing the resistance setting is relatively easy. It’s a really well thought out design for this type of system.

Seems like a good idea on paper, but the exercises are limited in comparison to regular bands.Durability quite poor as one of the bands snapped within 2 months of average use levels, wouldn’t recommend

Really good workout kit for home, chest and back exercises are easy to do with this and much stronger than previous bands I've purchased from other companies.Unsure on the durability as I've only had this for a week but will update if any issues arise. So far so good.

Bought this at the end of 2020 to help exercise during lockdown, been using it for 20-30mins a day, 5 or so days a week, plenty of exercises available (if you put your mind to it, squats, bench presses, rowing, etc) would help a lot having a bar with it, but I will have to purchase one separately, highly recommended!

Rubbish snapped after I used it 4 times.Expensive not worth the money.
