Very solid product. I bought a kids harness and some boat bungees and hung from beams in an unfinished basement for the grandkids. They jump and swing and have a great time. I know that this isn't what it was intended for but it works great.

Bought this and few months ago for my 100lbs punching bag. Still looking sturdy.

I purchased this punching bag hanger set to attach a safety harness to for movement support. I'm still collecting the pieces so I haven't added this one in yet.I have, however, examined the spring and attached the carabiners and rotation hook. Everything goes together as expected and seems to have a solid grip.The one disappointment, and it's small, is I didn't understand the size of the opening. Initially, I had hoped to hook the swivel mount over my pull up frame to secure it. That's been delayed because I will have to secure it with thick canvas ropes because the circumference of the hook and the circumference of my frame do not match (in part because the pull-up frame is quite sturdy.Based on my testing so far, I am quite happy with the choice and suspect it will serve me well. I'll have to update this once the extra pieces are all ready to be attached.

I used this for my punching back and feels like it’s made from good quality. It has worked so far.

The media could not be loaded.  J'utilise un sac de frappe de 100lbs et tous les frappes de coup de poing ou de pied sont efficacement ammortis. Aucune plainte de ma conjointe. Elle n'entend que les bruits d'impact, mais aucune vribration dans la structure de la maison.
