Caseology Vault Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Case 5G (2021) - Matte Black

There are several things that make this case very good and only one in my opinion that could have been made better. Caseology has been around making cases for years now and their name has been a go-to for me when it comes to phone cases. When choosing a phone case I personally put protection at the top of my list as I have young ones that tend to be wild with my devices. I also like to pick cases that have a different look and feel, different from the rest of the crowd, as if you need a generic case you can simply pick up a $5 case and move on.Pros:-Cutouts are spot on. All mic locations, speakers, USB port, and camera cutouts are precise and exact.-USB cutout is bigger than other cases to support bigger, non-OEM, size USB connections.-The front lip at the top and bottom prevents the front glass to make contact on flat surfaces.-Textured back has the feel of sandstone or sandpaper.-Comfortable to hold in hand with no sharp edges or discomfort-Power and volume button is tactile with no gap for no delay push or requires additional force to register press-Lip around camera module to prevent contact on flat surfaces-The case has the least amount of wobble when placed on a flat surface. It is still there but for a slim case it fills in the gaps just rightCons:-Specifically on the power and volume buttons. There are small cutouts around the buttons, assuming to allow less resistance when pushing into them, does allow dust and small debris to enter the case. This could be argued that the same can be said for areas around the USB and speaker cutouts. If you look inside the case, unlike the speaker and USB cutouts where the material sits flush against the device the power and volume button area is hollow. If foreign materials entered through these areas there is a chance that they could enter deeper into the case and could potentially scratch the device.Overall Caseology has made another great case for the S21 Ultra. Even though with the one shortcoming surrounding the volume and power button the entire look and feel of the case is very impressive and a looker. Long term review is needed and will be revisited in the future. The matte finish is something to look forward to as it does not show or retain fingerprints as easily as glossy finishes. For now, this is my initial review of Caseology's S21 Ultra Vault case.

I've bought and returned nearly half a dozen cases and this is probably my favorite.Pros: Unlike most other cases in this price range this thing actually offers great protection. Beefs up the phone a decent amount but this is probably the best you'll get without something like otterbox. Quality is absurdly better than other cases in this price range too (I paid $12.99 for this). Case has an overall tough, sandstone feel (similar texture you see on tools or an oil filter). As a bonus it also sits flat (only tiny amount of wobble that you realistically won't notice when using the phone)Cons: Not much to say. Sandstone/texture probably isn't for everyone, definitely not a "slim" case either but you are getting more protection than most other cases. I wish they kept more of Samsung's simplistic art style in mind as the raised edges next to the camera gives me the most mixed feelings.Summary: Great case, can't recommend more. (Also tempered glass protector friendly)

The media could not be loaded.  A grippy texture that's similar to the back was added around the sides; a welcome addition to the S20 Vault cases. The logos are subtle as usual and the raised frames add protection to the screen and cameras. Fast wireless charging also works even with the S21 Ultra case.There's a minor wobble along the back of the S21 Ultra case because the raised lip around the cameras is higher than the outer frame, making the back of the case uneven on a flat surface (see video). This may have added additional protection to the cameras, but simply having that same height around the outer frame would have mitigated wobbling.There's also still the thin gaps around the volume and power buttons which allow dirt and dust into the case.All in all the same quality, sleek, flexible, durable case with better friction around the sides. Only a couple of minor issues, but otherwise a fantastic case.

Solid hard-rubber feel to the case. Very durable with a decent grip texture on all sides. Fits like a glove yet is not too difficult to remove. After more than 7 months, the case looks exactly like it did when I first got it. Easy to access all ports and edge controls.

I like the grey color and the matte look. The sandpaper texture feels good and helps some with grip (definitely more than the naked phone), but probably not as much as a case with a rubbery finish would. The large frame around the camera bump helps a little bit as a tiny ledge for your forefinger when you're looking at the phone screen. The case evens out the camera bump enough that it doesn't wobble when the back is on a flat surface, which is nice. On the other hand, I feel like the lower two thirds could be slimmer to reflect the skinny part of the phone and reduce the overall bulk and weight. I'll probably stick to my plan to use my Samsung credit to buy the very expensive but very suave leather case and just use this one for outdoor adventures.

Easy to slip on the phone. Bought this cover because of how the one I purchased several years ago lasted with my Galaxy S9 (same vendor, same model).The edge has a slightly rough texture, making it easy to hold, but not so rough that it is difficult to pull from my pocket. Top and bottom edges protrude slightly over the screen so the phone can be laid down on a table/counter without the screen touching. The cover does not seem to impair the use of the furthest sides of the curved screen.One caveat though, this is more an issue with screen protectors. I tried adding a 'liquid skin' screen protector without success as the cover would lift one corner or another of the screen protector off the phone. Burned through a pack of three without success.

Le queda perfecto al Samsung galaxy S21 ultra, se siente de un tacto rugoso en la parte de atrás lo que hace que no se sienta taaaan premium, pero sirve para que no se resbale el dispositivo de la mano, por la parte frontal, como la pantalla tiene una ligera curvatura no alcanza a cubrir totalmente la pantalla lo que deja apreciar que si se cae el celular y cae de frente esta funda no lo protegerá del todo, pero por otro lado se aprecian todavía estos bordes y la funda se queda bien sujeta a la orilla del marco y permite que se sienta bien cuando manipulas el celular por la pantalla cerca de los bordes, por la parte superior e inferior sí sobre sale la funda sobre la pantalla por lo que se siente firme de esas partes bien protegida, a pesar de estos puntos, se me hace una funda excelente, tal vez ruegas que nunca se te caiga el celular de cara al piso, pero fuera de ello se siente bien protegido el celular.

Super resistente e de boa qualidade. Desde que comprei que se mantém como nova.Dá uma rigidez boa ao telefone e protege muito bem.Recomendo.

Solo por su precio uno ya se puede pensar que va a ser un protector sencillo. Y de hecho es nada más que una funda de una goma bastante flexible y gruesa que encierra el Samsung S21 Ultra perfectamente. Los huecos para las lentes de la cámara, micrófono y el puerto del cargador son suficiente grandes. La protección lateral es más gruesa que en las superficies y creo que va a proteger los cantos del móvil bien también en caso de una caída.Lo más positivo es que tiene un tacto muy agradable y ha mejorado la sujección de este móvil en la mano bastante. Seguramente habrán fundas más elegantes, pero recomiendo esa por su sencillez y útilidad.
