Are these same sandles male, female it unisex?

No, they have a Men's Ohana and a Women's Ohana. We have had women wear the smaller men's sizes (if they have a somewhat wider foot.) If this is what you are looking to do, please make sure to adjust your male/female sizing correctly. Ex: a women's size 11 would be a men's size 9 or vice versa. The women's Ohana however... are rather feminine and I do not recommend them if you are looking for a unisex flip : ) Hope this helps, good luck!

What's the difference between the "7m us" and "7m us women" sizes?

There is no difference. It's a US standard women's size 7B (medium width) regardless. Seems to be a misprint by Amazon. FYI, a men's medium width size 7 Olukai is listed as 7D (M) US.

I wear a womens 9W. What size sandle should I get?

I think it depends on where your foot is widest in relation to the straps. My mom and I just bought these today at the store so we tried them on. I am an 8.5 medium width and sized down to an 8. My mom is an 8.5W and she had to size up to a 9 (the 8 was definitely too tight on her). They fit her great but are snug (not in a bad way, just snugly secure). In the styles with thinner straps I had to size up to a 9 and she had to size up to a 10. I have heard that they do stretch a little bit with wear.
