Q: is this a heat pump or does it have heat strips there is a big difference ?

Hello the new part number is B59186 and this is a heat pump designed to work with the ccc2 tstat

Sorry, I don't know. I ordered the wrong one, thankfully the seller contacted me and got the correct one sent before shipping the first one.

Q: What is the warranty? If we have trouble with it, where do we take it?

Do not buy from Dometic. They did not honor their warranty. They gave me a months long runaround trying to get my new unit working. They could not provide the correct parts to make it work right. I am out over $1800 in parts and technician service. I wound up buying a Coleman unit which is absolutely wonderful. It was an expensive lesson. Do Not Biy Dometic
