An Authentic Taste of Spain...
Spanish smoked sweet Paprika is one of the best condiments for mediterranean and middle eastern cooking. The Pimentón de la Vera is a traditional Spanish Paprika used all over Spain since the 19th Century and is a key ingredient in Paella. I have compared this to other brands of Paprika and there seems to be something either sentimental or truly genuine about this product. I grew up in Spain and this is a must have condiment in my kitchen. The flavor is smoky and rich and ads distinctive flavor to meat and rice dishes especially, but can be used in a myriad of ways across many recipes.

This was the second time I’ve ordered it. Love the flavor it adds to different foods. I have tried to find sweet paprika for recipes, this adds a wonderful flavor

Smoky surprise
Great smoky flavor, packed well into a metal tin. Will find a lot of use for this spice where I was previously using ordinary paprika. Grilled a steak and put some of this on the meat after it was cooked, it was great. Thinking this is a must for my pork rib dry rub now.

Lid does not fit
Tin has a plastic lid that does not close properly. Tin arrived opened, with spices spilled into the box. Can not close the lid.

Cute can, too bad they didn't mail it in a box so it wouldn't get all banged up.
