Will this fit for a 1 year old?

I think it would depend on the kid. My 5.5 year old is about the size of a 3.5 year old and it could go smaller. My 2 year old has worn it a couple times and it fits her. But I'm not sure how much smaller it could go.

Is this big enough hold my daughter's Dexcom reciever and phone?

Yes! It can hold both. Some customers also like the Kids Double Pocket because the pocket and the receiver can be in separate pockets.

Will this fit an iphone? my t1d daughter needs hers on her. when pump comes soon will that fit with iphone or do kids wear two?

I think it will fit one or the other. My T1 daughter wears her iPhone and it works well. I am not sure about a pump, good luck. She will tell you if she is comfortable with all that around her waste.
