Is the lip on these laser-cut or is it slightly rolled like cheaper glassware?

the glass has a very thin, smooth lip as you would expect from Riedel.

How many glasses are in the "one size"?

well, you would think two since it's the same price as the "two" option. I guess if I wanted two, I' order the set of two, not the "one size" option. I use these glasses all the time - prefer them over the stemmed ones.
