Great for the meal replace for weight loss but keep increases my body fat.

It states that you should do 2 scoops for 8oz. HOWEVER, it is a bigger scoop so all you need for 8oz is ONE SCOOP. I make it 10 oz for one scoop though as it still is a tiny bit too thick for my liking, and doing 10 oz instead makes it perfect IMO. I still highly recommend this protein powder if looking for something reasonably priced (especially nowadays) and that also tastes great.

So I bought this as a meal replacement but when the product arrived it actually says that it’s a protein shake, either way it’s only like a 40cal difference from the meal replacement product but has mostly all the same vitamins and minerals. It’s definitely still thick so it’s very filling and and curb your hunger. It does what it’s says and it’s healthy and won’t leave you hungry so it’s a win/win all around.

I absolutely love it I replace two meals a day with it splitting the two scoop serving into to meals. doing two scoops at once is too much for me right now. I have lost a good amount of water weight witch if the fist thing to go when you start dieting. But I have to ask because I can not find information anywhere so if any on can help that would be great. But I have been drinking this twice a day for a week no with working out and I have found that after the second day my voice became horse. Not that I mind I love being a woman with that sexy Angie Harmon voice but others have gotten worried and i even talked to my doctor.She sees nothing wrong but now I just need to know what mad that happen because I just have to know. its perfect for weight loss and energy but i sound like a phone sex operator now lol

I’ll start by saying I like the actual product. I make a shake for lunch every and blend with fruit as part of my diet plan and have lost 37 pounds. My complaint is that every package is short at least 3 servings (6 scoops). I pre-measure servings for 10 days and thought it was short the first shipment so I kept track for each shipment after - a total of 4 - and all shorted servings. I love being able to blend my own protein shake and I like the flavor, just disappointed that the product does not provide the servings for which I paid.
