Works fine, but packed poorly. Arrived damaged (broken cap), and only half full.

First of all, on the spray bottle I received the directions are completely ludicrous. The directions say to "put a drop on a small wad of tissue." Well, this is a spray bottle that spritzes out a very fine mist. There are no drops.I have no idea why the manufacturer would put the above directions on a spray mist bottle. Makes me lose some confidence right away.But I proceeded to ignore the label directions (since there is no way to put a drop on tissue...and doing so defeats the whole purpose of buying a spray bottle version in the first place, of course) and spray this product on my eyeglasses. I noticed a strong smell of alcohol right away.I used a brand new, high quality microfiber cloth designed for eyeglass cleaning. I was very dissatisfied with the result. I saw streaking, and not clarity. The company included a new cloth, and I tried that as well. Same disappointing results, on 2 separate pair of glasses.I am sorry I bought the spray.The Formula MC version that comes in a squeeze bottle is much better, in my opinion. (I bought the spray thinking it would be as effective, but that was not the case for me. So, in the trash the bottle goes, and I am out $12.51 total ($6.35 for the item and $6.16 for shipping).

I have been a photographer for more than half a century. I have tried many products for cleaning lenses. I discovered this one when I tried a bottle from a company that sold camera filters. It is the only liquid I've found that leaves absolutely no stains, smudges or film no matter what lens or filter I use it on. It can be used on coated lenses safely. It's also good on eye-glasses, but the dropper bottle is too slow for me to clean glasses with it regularly. Finding Formula MC in a spray format means that I now use this always on my eye glasses as well. I keep a bottle on my desk where I edit pictures at my computer and another by my bed where I read at night.

Works fine. No complains. I like the spray bottle better since it does not leak when squeezed and shaken in a photo bag.I have been using Formula MC products for a few years now, and they always worked as advertised.
