IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET DOWN ON MY KNEES AND SAY "THANK YOU?" THIS PRODUCT HAS SAVED MY MARRIAGE, I WAS READY TO KILL HIM! OF COURSE I UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S NOT HIS FAULT BUT WHEN I'M UP AT 1:00 am BECAUSE OF HIS SNORING I GET SOME CRAZY IDEAS FLOATING AROUND IN MY HEAD. WE'VE TRIED THE STRIPS, (they were ok, but when I went to buy them again, they were over $100.00 for thirty days.) We also tried the chin strap 😟 not good. I just decided to give it a chance, and WOW! Finally, I found something that works. By the way, the strips irritated his nose. With these, my husband pops one in his mouth and we're both enjoying a quiet nights rest! 😉

They do work, my husband snores less or quieter and often not at all. (sometimes when he isnt snoring, I reach over to make sure he is still alive) He gets a better night rest when he used these strips (and so do I). We have been return customers because it works so well for him. This product might have saved our marriage and his life.

So far so good .. think they work better than the spray .. so I’d buy them again .. don’t know if they’ll last longer but we’ll see.. being married to a VERY LOUD snorer is no joke .. have tried lots of stuff.. I wear wax ear plugs and even that doesn’t block out the noise sometimes ... depends on how much he’s had to drink and if he’s sleeping in his back .. so he gets lots of nudges in the night . Worse thing is that I get broken sleep too .. people who snore don’t understand this .. they think they are being disturbed . Wrong !!!! However these strips seem to be the way forward after nearly 40 years ... think I deserve a medal .. think the snoring is probably still there but maybe quieter.UpdateAfter using nearly one packet up to now .. I can report .. fingers crossed and touch wood ... that these have been the most successful option to date .. he still snores but it’s not as violently loud and he tends to stay on his side better if I nudge him .. however.. I still wear ear plugs and I’m not stopping doing that .. but I do honestly think that these strips are better than the same brand spray because they stay where they are supposed to when used . A spray is a bit random in use so I think that the strips are a better buy for him. I can’t police how he uses them but he seems to have had more success with these so I feel they aren’t a waste of time and money not to mention the fact that I seem to be getting a better nights sleep at last .

They definately have a sweet spot as to where they're most effective. I've used them fo over a month now and had real success perhaps 15-20% of the time. Getting then in exactly the same and best spot is a nightly challenge but when used they have a positive effect every time. Not always perfect, but they do always make a difference. For those that have read this far, I have apnoea and a very loud, gutteral snore. They do make a difference and are the only thing that ever has

I live on my own, and unfortunately I have sleep apenea and have to use a cpap machine as well.When it came to staying over with family, they complained they could still hear me snoring despite using my machine. I was horrified and had to find something to alleviate it.I came across this product as I was familiar with its foamy throat spray a few years back. After reading the reviews being mixed I decided to give it a go anyways.The application is easy and I quite like the taste of it since its minty. Bonus, it helps if you have a mild heartburn or an upset stomach.Of course I couldn't tell if it worked but I did notice my throat wasn't as dry or sore as before.When it came to visiting my family again, I took a gamble and used 2 strips instead. The next day they said they didn't hear a peep from me. Result!I think it's a case of trial and error for each person is different. In my case I find 2 strips are more effective for me. 🌌🌌🌛🌛

I have now bought 2 packs of these as I thought that maybe you needed to use them for a while for efficiency. I have tried a lot of things for my snoring, which has worsened as I have gained weight.The strips are individually wrapped, and they stick easily to the roof of your mouth (an image on the box shows you where to place for optimum results)The strips taste lovely, and they are a nice menthol flavour which opens up my nose nicely. I think they do toughen up my palette a little, but unfortunately they don't seem to stop the snoring. My partner is awoken every night with my snores. I have tried literally everything and hoped that I had found a winner here. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. It is worth nothing that others have had success with them, and everyone is different, so it is always worth giving them a go at least once.

I’m so impressed with these little, unobtrusive wafers. Although they don’t eliminate the snoring completely, if you look at my before and after ‘Sleepscore’ graphs….. They speak for themselves.They just seem to take a bit of time to start working, but absolutely no doubt in my mind, as a soft palate (very loud) snorer, they work.
