I am not sure what you are doing, but 70grams is rather small. Each packet is a small package of power. You would need quite a few for 190 kids.

It was last a long time. Even after opening it i put it in a plastic bag and it's still good.

Q: About how many people would this size package be good for an overall coloring?

For real overall covering, I would say 5-8. I did a family of 15 on the beach and I wish I had two more packs so that I could get overall coverage. We still had fun though and everyone got some color. The beach is also windy.
