Over the past two months I've bought two portable nail drill pens. If you shopped online for a nail drill online you've seen them all over Amazon, Ebay, Wish, etc. under various brand names. One was the slender pink (usually) aluminum one, the other the chunkier (various colors, mostly red/green) plastic one. If you were smart and lucky you didn't buy either one. However in my role as the patron saint of bad decisions I got both and both were total pieces of s***. One literally fell apart after two months of light use; the other was DOA. Lesson learned - there's cheap and then there's inexpensive. Hopefully this one falls into the latter category. I've only used it a short time (just got it yesterday) but it seems well-bui!t. The power unit is metal and surprisely heavy. The switches/dial are solid and the foot pedal works nicely. The hand unit is coated in a rubbery plastic (no slipping!) and also feels solid. It is far heavier than the cheap pen dri!ls. Operation is quiet - you only hear it at the higher speeds and it isn't too obnoxious. Very little vibration. Both cords plug in tightly. The entire package just looks and feels good. The enclosed instructions are fairly well-written. Inserting/removing bits are no problem. The included bits are the usual cheapies but I have my own.As I said before, I've only used it a short time but keeping my fingers crossed with soon-to-be gorgeous gel nails...

it was used to file my husband toe nail only once a month. as of today it has stopped working. it lights up red button but there is no motor sound coming out of it. Is there any warranty on this product?

I was very skeptical because there's a lot of negative reviews about these products. Most people say the motor runs out quickly or one piece will break I so far have had the product almost a year I use it maybe once a month for about 20 minutes or half an hour with stops between and it works great it hasn't failed me yet I would say this one is a very good one but I only do my nails I don't use it for hours on everyone's nail

Trying to save money by learning nails myself, I want to avoid the salon. Product is easy to use, shipping was 2 days, as promised, but the different drill bits came in a smashed up case. Besides that, great for starting to learn dips and acrylics on my own.

Great product! Fast shipping and was more than I expected! I originally bought it for doing acrylic nails, haven't tried it yet with acrylics, but on my natural nails it's worked great. I was expecting the heads to be very cheap but they were nice and filed my nails real well. I also love the switches on the box itself; it has different speeds, and the foot pedal works great! Super convenient if you're doing someone else's nails and don't want to bother with turning the file on/off. Would definitely buy again if I needed another!

Got it on cyber Monday on sale and i am very happy with the company. I got one that was not the best but they gave me my money back. They really care about the customers and make it right. Thank you so much. I would say get one and if you don’t like it they will make it right. It dies the job.

The body where you grip it gets very hot if used for more than a few minutes at a time. It's basically a good machine and does what it should.I was contacted by the company after my original review and they very nicely refunded me 50% of my purchase price because I was not complete satisfied with the product. They felt that it may have been a defective machine.I really appreciated them reaching out to make it right by me. I would definately buy from them again in the future.

The machine has great reviews so i went ahead and placed the order because i am a beginner and it was at a nice price range with nice reviews. I dont know if my order specifically came malfunctioned, and i thought about returning it but its been almost 3 months and i used it twice and both times the drill was not strong enough and the bids dont work as they should. It does not file or lift acrylic like it does in nail salons. the buff drill comes right off there is NO TIGHTNESS on it. I dont like to leave bad reviews because im not the one to focus on negative things, but i just wish i could have had another experience.
