I take 5 capsules before eating, and i have gerd. So, i take 5 capsules after meals, I still have gerb. Then, i change to 3 capsule after meals, i still have gerd. I change to 2 capsules after meals. Then, I feel ok. I continue to take 2 capsules after meal for two weeks, and change back to 3 capsules after meals. I don't feel gerd any more. The body adjust to the capsules. I have a lump on my armpit, and i never have a regular period, after taking sangel for about 20 days, the lump disappear and i have regular period now.

I have be taken this Sangel for 10 months, even I only take 3 capsules a day but it do work for me.

I bought this version of the Sangle over half a year ago from this seller, and it worked - my period came back just after I had taken the pills a few times. However, I bought more from another seller (not from Amazon) simply because the price was a bit lower. So far, they feel like something for improving digestion only. ... I'll have to come back to this seller soon ...
