Okay, so at this point, I generally roll my eyes a bit when everyone talks about the packaging or any one particular feature. BUT LET ME TELL YOU.I ordered this as a Valentine's Day gift for my mum. She's a very simple, young, classy lady, so I had to be specific. I figured, if she doesn't like this, we'll just return it.🤷🏻‍♀️ No harm, no foul, and I'll give her the cash to buy what she'd rather have.I REALLY don't think she'll be returning this! The packaging was beautiful. It came with all kinds of product information, a cleaning cloth, an anti-tarnish bag, the chain was wrapped safely in multiple zip locks, and I just had to assemble the presentation. I am a Purchasing Coordinator by trade, and let me tell you, this is top-quality packaging. I would 100% work with this vendor if I needed to buy jewelry for our company.Anyway, 100% would buy again. If I ever get to be a mom, I may even buy this for myself, lol. And if I ever find myself in need of needing to buy jewelry again, I'll totally use this company, no questions or doubts in my mind.$40 well-spent. I am 100% pleased. There was absolutely nothing about this experience that was short than amazing! I normally don’t write reviews but this experience called for it! I’ve called it an experience because that’s exactly what it was. From when the package arrived in all its glory, to the care that was used to make sure the necklace was perfect and not tangled! The information guides, the cleaning cloth, the gift packaging, etc. was all done with such care. You can tell that their passion for their handcrafted products really shines through! I am 110% satisfied with my necklace. It’s absolutely perfect with it’s simplicity and beauty. I did however need an adjustment on the sizing and the way they communicated and worked with me to ensure it was perfect for me was unforgettable! Hands down, you will not be disappointed in this purchase. I’m actually looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future.

What an amazing company who goes the extra mile! I can't believe all the extras this came with... This is the perfect gift especially for men who usually hand over a plain box or have to ask the wife for a gift bag and tissue paper!!! This comes with it all, including a blank card to write your own message (pro tip* go to Hallmark.com to get done ideas of you struggle with that also😉)I included a pic of the wrapped gift because I think this is just the best! I will definitely buy from this US business again! Wow... Just wow!

My wife LOVES THIS! That's really all that is important but I also want to comment on presentation. I did not expect but was very pleased that everything needed to make this a great gift came with it. The item itself was well packaged and protected AND in the box came a presentation card to attach it to and very nice gift bag. Also it came with hand written care instructions. It shows this seller truly cares that you will enjoy their products. Moms work very hard 24/7 and this shows you notice it. No bling or fancy rocks, just a simple message of appreciation. I would highly reccomend this seller.

I bought this as a gift for myself - 1 circle representing my husband and the other 2 representing each of my kids. The packaging was top notch, and I was really appreciative of the personal follow-up. I love this necklace, but the experience on top of the necklace has made me a big fan. I included a picture of me wearing the necklace last weekend with my kids to the Indians game.
