Does what it is supposed to do
I got this hand to see if it would be any good to practice on. It would not fool anyone unless they were inebriated in a dark alley at the end of a heavy night, but I just need it to hold a nail in place and give me a practice surface, and this it does. There are little indentations at the cuticle, and though the fingers are Small and stuff to manipulate at first, they do articulate and remain in place when you bend them. To apply a nail base, I used vixi short coffin nails back wards into the slot, and filed them to size when needed. I tried various methods to adhere nails, and they all worked fine, so I will list them below.1. Nano tape, trimmed to a little square: This worked well, they are fairly secure and it will do, but not my favourite method.2. Blue tac, a little blob: This works ok, less secure than the nano tape, and there is movement when filing etc. With nano tape and blue tac, there is a risk of monomer, slip or alcohol loosening the bond mid way, and I would find that annoying.3. Acrylic under false nail on nail bed: this can cause a little damage to the hand, but provides a natural and secure nail base to practice on.4. Solid crystal clear uv gel glue: This is the easiest and best way, providing the most natural and and quickest way to attach the nails, they are secure and ready to work on. I bought the gel off here for less than £5, and highly reccomend.

Unsatisfactory
Unable to use, unfortunately unfit for purpose. Can not stick any nails on it to practice.

Too pink in colour
I bought this to help with my nail art videos. The item arrived was too much pink in colour and far from the colour displayed on the picture. I had to use paint to bring it to a nearest colour which is suitable. It doesn’t have proper nails and it is just the rubber material same as the hand. I had to stick fake nails before I do anything. The price can be lower than the amount they sell as it doesn’t have the value for money you paid. If you are still ok with the colour, then you can buy it.

Way to small to apply tips to
This hand would be good if the nails in it were actually big enough to fit tips on. I had to use one of the smallest tips I had and even then it had to be bent to fit it. IMO it’s a total waste of money.

It’s not terrible it’s not brilliant
The media could not be loaded. This is good for the money if your a nail technician u know u don’t get a practice hand for penny’s I’m a nail technician and got this just out of curiosity to give the seller a chance I guess and it’s really not that bad I filed my tips down to get then to a shape that fitted I then glued it on I then stuck another tip on the end so I had a basic finger nail I put my acrylic on and moved on to file the nail now it didn’t turn out bad it was hard to get the nail back off but I used my tools and got it off and then filed the hand of any excess glue it didn’t turn out bad and if your a beginner with not much money I would recommend this
