Highly recommend this product. I am a female and been working out 4xs a week consistently for over 4 years. Been through many trials of finding a good bcaa product. I liked the original EVL BCAA but then I tried their Lean BCAA and saw results! I really believe it has helped me achieve my goals of lean muscle definition. I started to see the definition lines in my muscles after taking this product for a few months. I use it daily, it helps with recovery a lot. Taste is great. The mixture takes a little getting used to vs just plain bcaas but overall, I keep buying this brand. Highly recommend.

Great product I have bought 12 times! Give me energy!

1 hour after drinking this i had a splitting headache that has last for a full 24 hours. The taste is not that good so I wouldn't reccomended this product to anyone. The fluid retention is out of this world l, up 3 pounds from retaining and bloating. I didnt put the headache associated with this until nothing else made sense. Its the only thing I changed.

This is by far my favorite BCAA drink I have ever consumed and tasted, It has a natural juicy taste to it and not so much chalky and medicine-like taste with other BCAA's I've had. I recommend having it with super Ice cold water, it enhances the taste to much more and it's so refreshing during my workout. After consuming this I feel great during my workouts and recovering has never been so easy, I no longer feel too sore and fatigued and can go on throughout the day. Because these BCAA's include fat burning ingredients like CLA and L-Carnitine I have been getting leaner and leaner weekly! I usually drink one scoop during a workout and it has been working effectively for me. Thanks again for such a great product, looking forward to my free bottle of Blue Raz!

Great product. Would recommend. Tastes good and I do notice the difference in fat loss when drinking this. It’s a little pricy, in comparison to other supplements, but would buy again on the basis of the results. I know there’s not much proper scientific evidence on the products in it, but the results speak for themselves.

I was quite happy with the effectiveness of the Lean BCAA Fruit Punch. To put it into perspective, I am a fit individual who exercises 6 to 7 days a week. I recently started on a new strength building workout program as I find I'm apt to focus on cardio and leg exercises only... I needed more upper body exercises. I figured that if I was going to subject myself to the horrors of various push-ups (ha ha) that I was going "all in". I purchased my first bottle of Lean BCAA Fruit Punch and started meal/nutrient/calorie counting... just to help me keep out of the baking that I so love. I'm glad to say that within three months I've gained tone and strength through my entire body. My arms are showing musculature for the first time ever. I've lost 13 pounds... amazing seeing as I was already fit going into this endeavor. When I first started this program I wasn't taking a BCAA supplement, and I found that when I started to take it that my muscles didn't ache after a workout, and that muscle recovery was greatly improved. I always felt fresh going into the next workout... without it I found that my muscles had always felt spent. Lean BCAA has allowed me to push myself harder than I had been able to prior. I have had BCAAs from many brands, but this particular one struck a chord with me. The taste is amazing and works well when mixed with my chocolate flavored protein shake. The recovery effect and weight management are on point with all the required ingredients and specially L-Carnitine. Been using this for awhile now, best for reducing muscle soreness and body fat! Taste great too, somedays I just sip on it all day! It is a bit pricey but it is worth it.
