What is the point of sweating? What i would lime to know is if the nelt helps you lose pounds or inches from your belly

What this really does is weaken all of your side abdominal muscles to the point where they are not being used at all. Because they are supported by a belt that only needs to be used in the last two weeks leading up to a bodybuilding competition when you are already shredded to the bone and are trying absolutely everything to dry out and shape your abs.

Besides said above use this will actually make your abdominal muscles weaker over time not stronger or more toned. Unless you are already toned and just need to sweat out the msg and salt from the 3lbs of Chinese food you ate after your bodybuilding competition.

We highly recommend our Trimmer Cleaning Spray for an easy, fresh cleaning process. You won’t regret it! Let us know if you have any questions not addressed below:

Daily use of the trimmers should be followed by wiping the neoprene side of the trimmer with a dry cloth. If you have our Trimmer Cleaning Spray, shake well and spray several times to cover the entire Trimmer area. Then, wipe clean and set out to dry.
If you don’t have the spray, don't worry. You can use a warm wet towel or washcloth. Push gently down and wipe to remove any remaining oil, sweet sweat, or other moisture.
Allow your trimmers to thoroughly air dry after each use. Avoid extended periods of moisture in enclosed spaces to prevent bacterial growth.
For a deeper clean, let Trimmer Cleaning Spray sit for 5 minutes on Trimmer before you wipe it clean.
You can still achieve a deep clean without the spray by placing the trimmer in warm water with light detergent. Swish it around and use a rag to gently clean the inside of any residue. Do not use any type of conditioner or fabric softener as this will take away from the velcro stick. We recommend deep washing the trimmer after multiple uses, with light soap and water vs a simple wipe down.

I’m 5’2 and 145 pounds. Would a small or medium be good for me?

I'm 5'2 and 145 pounds, I ordered the medium and it was huge, sent it back and got the small and fits much better.  The medium wrapped around me way too far so I was unable to get it tight. Needs to be tight to get the sweat!
