I'm printing with the coated side up, inkjet, using highest quality, but the black is blotchy and very transparent - not solid and dark any ideas?

Is the printing on smooth side of paper or textured side of paper? Many printer print differently, depending on how the printer pulls the paper in for printing. Make sure to insert you paper so it will print on textured side. Hope this helps

How sturdy is the sheets?

This is flimsy material you can roll it up to put inside ornaments

Can I shrink the images once I print on these? Like shrink a dink that is cooked in the oven until they shrink in size.

Sorry, this transparent film doesn't stretch.It is transparent paper, print when the pattern is big, print good pattern is big, will not shrink.

I have purchased this brand a couple of times now. Last time, i ordered 2 packs a ciuple of months ago. I just opened the 2nd pack yesterday and there seems to be something wrong with this package. Normally, the ink dries instantly as stated kn the package. But, this particular package... i tried printing 3 times (3 different sheets) i left the last sheet for 2 hrs and when i went to cut out my designs, the ink smeared everywhere and ruined my print. These sheets are costly and it is very frustrating for this to happen. Normally, it is a great product and i normally Love it....but there is something wrong with the 2nd pack i bought....
