Tastes so good on any fish!
I got a package of this when I was at Publix in Florida and used it up almost immediately on Salmon when I got home. It adds a very nice light breading which is terrifically flavorful without overwhelming the fish. This has to be even better on haddock or halibut and I'm looking forward to trying it. I was hoping to get it at home in New England. I looked on Amazon and there it was!

We enjoyed this fish fry on our flounder fillets. Really tasty combo of spices. The fish was crispy on the outside. Will definitely order again.

This is an awesome product. I fried seafood 3 days in a row because it was so good. The downside is the price, too expensive

Let down
I love lime with seafood. Tried this with some fresh caught red grouper, and was disappointed. Light flavor that was barely noticeable. A little grainy in texture.All in all, it wasn't horrible, but so many better options! Too bad :(

TASTY!
My wife and I really like this coating mix, because it is NOT BREADING! Nicely coats the food with a flavorful mix that doesn't load up with oil. We love it on catfish fillets, also recently bought some colossal shrimp, I peeled them, leaving the tails on, tossed them in this mixture, and deep fried them: AWESOMENESS!!

We shake this with chicken thighs and cook for 8min a side in toaster oven / air fryer setting @400 *. Tasty!
