Great kettle! It's stainless steal inside, and you don't need to worry about the potential toxic stuff of plastics. It feels light but is very well made - nothing flimsy.By the way, three of my colleagues also bought the SAME kettle after they had seen mine.

Didn’t Even Last 4 Months
Wanted a smaller-size kettle and the stainless interior was appealing. I should have returned it when the indicator light stopped working, about a week after using it. The kettle, not the base, is currently in some kind of electronics melt-down mode, creating a nasty smell and, I assume, a fire hazard.I purchased this on March 6th, so it has been used less than 120 times. Don’t buy this product.
