Broilmaster DPA110 Large Black Cover for Use with 2-Side Shelves

My old Broilmaster cover was 9 years old and finally developed a small hole where one of the shelves gets lots of traffic. If it were not for the fact that the old cover was dirty and we were having a backyard party, I could have taped the old cover and gotten another couple of years out of it. During the party, 2 guests asked me if I got a new Bar-B-Que, which justified getting a new cover. Actually, the big improvement on the new cover, is that it now has 2 Velcro straps one each side, instead of just 1 strap which will make the cover even more secure on windy days. If you have a Broilmaster BBQ, don't skimp on any other brand, as this fits perfectly.

I sealed the inside seams of my first Broilmaster cover with silicone and it lasted 13 years. I live in Northern IL and the grill is on my Southern Exposure deck It was exposed to temperatures between - 10 F & 100 F. Sun, wind, rain, hail and snow. The velcro failed on my first grill cover after 10 years, but I just tied a rope around it to keep it from blowing away. This one has velcro closures at the rack level and at the bottom. This cover is pricey, but it will last at least 10 years. Someone stated that the logo is to bold. My grill is gorgeous and truly premium construction. I use it every week and it is still going strong. I am so proud to let everyone know that I own a Broilmaster!

This grill cover is supple in cold and hot weather for easy covering and removal; its inside lining is smooth to reduce friction and prevent tearing; its exterior is highly durable and cleans so easily that periodic rains are sufficient to keep it clean; and the seams are well-sown to prevent fraying.The sole detraction of this grill cover is that the velcro ties are simply sown into the seams. These ties will tear in a matter of a few years. To prevent this, I lash the cover down with a loop of rope run under the side trays and control panel before strong winds.I have had two Broilmaster brand covers for two Broilmaster grills in 14 years. My first cover stayed with the grill when we sold our first home. The grill was tied into the house natural gas line. I replaced the second cover after nine years only because the velcro ties tore out and I was too lazy to undo the seams to resew them. Now I use an extra piece of rope to avoid that.I highly recommend this grill cover.

I ordered this because I bought a new grill and wanted to protect it from the elements. As it turns out this thing leaks like a sieve. After every rain the inside of my grill was soaked. I bought a replacement thinking it might be an isolated issue. It was deeply disappointed. The replacement was just as bad. The material seems good but I can see daylight in the stitching if I look from the inside. If it not important that your grill cover is waterproof and you like paying more than average, this might work for you. Otherwise, I suggest keep looking and spare yourself the hassle.

I've had my Broilmaster for almost 20 years now, so I've gone through some covers over that time. I wouldn't waste time with any after-market covers from the hardware store at this point, they can't match the durability and fit of this model cover. The material is not only very thick but it retains its pliability as the temperature drops below 32 F, and many other cover materials get brittle at this point and crack. This cover will last 3 or 4 times as long as many other covers for probably twice the cost.

Best cover on the market. Of course I bought a replacement for my broilmaster grill cover. The original lasted 20+ years. I also bought one for my Ducane. I got tired of replacing the Big Box Store brands every year. It is not that much more for this one.

This cover had a perfect fit, lose, but perf3ct for a Broilmaster grill that is about7-9 years old. Great quality, worth the money!

ALTHOUGH AFTER SEVERAL YEARS MINE WAS STILL USEABLE, I FORGOT HOW SOFT AND PLYABLE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE!
