When I try it I'll just spray a dab on a paper towel and wipe the edge of the blade with it. I have a 10 year old dryer that when in use the rear bearing squeaks (very loud) and I had been using all kinds of lubricants on it and they worked for a few days and then went back to the squeaking. After I received this product and applying it, it's been about a month now and it is still silent. I'm trying to save on a costly repair since the technician that diagnosed the machine said it would be cheaper to just buy a new one than to fix it. Would highly recommend. Update (01/21/2014) I just have to share this with everyone because it merits. After almost a year that I applied the lubricant to the dryer it still works quietly.
