I had high hopes for these patches for about 24 hours. While not a perfect color match for my brown recliner, "close enough" was going to work - and the patch looked good. Unfortunately, half of it came loose the next day (the chair was not used in that time). The leather simply peeled away, leaving a thin mesh of adhesive on the chair. I removed the patch, again cleaned the area with alcohol (not that any instructions are included with the patches) and tried again...with exactly the same result. Within 24 hours, about one third of the patch was just flapping in the breeze. I asked for and received a refund. Disappointing.

Purchased patches to repair a ragged bonded leather chair that looked like it should be headed to the curb. I applied the patches to the chair arms, the seat and the headrest. I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised at how the chair looked following application. This chair may have another couple years left in it! The chair arm application was a bit tricky, as the ends are rounded, but I cut slits into the edge of the patch and folded down to shape. The adhesive is strong and likely won’t require additional tape to secure. Very happy with the outcome.

We have cats and with them came couch damage. These covered well and stuck ok. I would like them to be more sticky and permanent but I do understand why you might want to remove the patches. The color matched really well and they are thick enough but not to thick.

I used it for our Love seat and it make our Loveseat look almost brand new and the Cats leave it alone.

I like how easy it is to use. I wish there were larger pieces available. But, it got the job done.

My couch was real scratched up by my pet, I tried other products to cover the holes and scratches but didn’t work, when I applied this adhesive leather patch now my wife is really happy because no more scratch mark and holes on our couch.
